We do not offer refunds at this time.
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise in perfect and salable condition, within 7 days of receipt of your online order. We offer item exchange or store credit. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction.
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer liable. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for duty costs in case of international delivery.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
