For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Modern Society is not responsible for payment of this duty.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, we are not liable for processing the refund on items purchased. So, please email us in advance of purchasing from abroad. We will happily assist in any way that we can and will help calculate the duties to be paid.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds at this time.
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise in perfect and salable condition, within 7 days of receipt of your online order. We offer item exchange or store credit. Exchanges are limited to one per transaction.
SHIPPING
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer liable. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
CUSTOMS
The buyer is responsible for duty costs in case of international delivery.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
