ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise in perfect ad saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by the original sales invoice. All sales are final on sale merchandise.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Modern Society is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.
Please contact email@example.com prior to sending a return or exchange. We are able to e-mail you a return/exchange shipping label.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Standard orders are processed the same day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and mailed the next business day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders are processed from London, UK. Express order are delivered the same working day if the order is placed before 6pm.
Availability of products is not guaranteed.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed,
we will notify you via email or telephone.
Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date (Except Russia and China due to strong control measures applied by Custom Authorities).
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Modern Society is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
